'Pregnant' Kylie Jenner's cosmetics company hit with lawsuit over website access for people who are blind and visually impaired
A woman is suing Kylie Jenner's cosmetics company Kylie Inc., saying that her website is not compatible for people who are blind.
Antoinette Suchenko said in court docs that the screen reader software on the site is problematic for people who are blind or visually impaired, according to TMZ, adding that she's unable to order merchandise via the website.
Suchenko, who's been legally blind in excess of two decades, is asking the court to require the organization to update its online presence to the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Similar claims were lobbed against Kylie's older sisters' DASH store last year, according to TMZ.
