Since uploading their heartwarming video (left) on Twitter on Saturday, Madison Duke and Chris Hunter from Dallas, Texas, have been hit with a barrage of racist abuse on social media. Trolls used the N-word and called Madison, a high school student, a 'race mixing w**re'. The teens shared screenshots of some of the abuse before disabling comments on their YouTube channel (inset). The video shows Chris being presented a car by Madison's mother and stepfather for Christmas. The youngster, who friends described as 'humble and kind', was bowled over and tried to refuse the generous gift but the family insisted. He hugged each of them before getting into the vehicle. The teenagers have been dating for 11 months are in high school but they have not shared anymore details about their lives. Chris said he was going through a 'hard time' when he was given the gift but has not elaborated. His girlfriend was shocked by the racism but he said he 'saw it coming'. He hit back at some of the trolls on Twitter, telling them: 'You don't even know me'.

Spotted Pig restaurateur Ken Friedman had a 'rape room'

Multiple women have come forward to allege that they were sexually harassed and in a few cases even assaulted by famed restaurateur Ke Friedman. In a New York Times expose, former employees who worked for Friedman at his hugely successful West Village eatery The Spotted Pig claim that they were groped and even forcefully kissed by their boss while on the job. His behavior was allegedly so rampant and out in the open that workers began to refer to the third floor of the establishment as 'the rape room.' Trish Nelson said that she reached her breaking point in 2012 after going out to smoke a joint with Friedman in a car outside the restaurant, and suddenly being forced to fight him off as he started kissing her.

Giddy up Sassy! Accused pedophile Roy Moore takes his HORSE to vote as Alabama Senate race goes to the wire

Republican candidate Roy Moore, an accused pedophile, displayed a bit of pageantry as he arrived at his polling place in Gallant, Alabama, Tuesday - trotting in on top of his horse, 'Sassy.'   In the past, he's suggested the election day ride has brought him a bit of good luck.  'I think it's a good thing to do, I won the last time I rode a horse,' he told reporters, referring to August, when he creamed Sen. Luther Strange in the GOP primary race. Democratic opponent Doug Jones (inset) voted in Mountain Brook and said he believe he would win. President Trump has gone all in for the Republican despite other members of the party distancing themselves over the claims from women that he preyed on them when they were teens.

Failed New York terrorist warned of attack on Facebook

Akayed Ullah, 27 (left and center), has been hit with state and federal charges in connection to Monday's bombing of the New York City subway. In court documents filed Tuesday, federal prosecutors revealed that Ullah posted on Facebook just before the attack. 'Trump you failed to protect your nation,' Ullah allegedly wrote. He also told investigators that he carried out the attack for ISIS. The Bangladeshi immigrant faces federal charges including bombing a public place, using a weapon of mass destruction and material support for a foreign terrorist organization. He is also charged on the state level with criminal possession of a weapon, supporting an act of terrorism and making a terroristic threat. Meanwhile, Ullah's wife, who lives in Bangladesh, is reportedly being interviewed by authorities there. A cousin says Ullah married his wife in an arranged marriage two years ago and they have a six-month-old baby boy. The mother-of-three then defended the Confederate flag pictures she posted to her social media accounts, bottom left, by stating: 'It was meant to be ironic and funny and extreme. I am genuinely truly sorry. If I could take it back, I would.' Kimberly was joined by Keaton for the pre-taped segment, which aired on Good Morning America just 24 hours after many began to question her motives upon seeing these images. It has been four days since Kimberly posted the video of her sobbing son explaining why he was too afraid to go to lunch at his middle school. White House says Trump's Gillibrand tweet wasn't sexist

The White House insisted Monday that the president did not assail Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand as a 'lightweight' because she is a woman and a comment he made about her 'begging' for donations was not meant to sexual in nature. Press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters their minds were 'in the gutter' if they interpreted President Trump's remark as anything other than a comment about Gillibrand's answerability to special interests. 'This isn't new. This isn't a new sentiment. This isn't a new terminology,' Sanders said. The Trump spokeswoman pointed out that the president had deployed derogatory language of a similar nature against men from both political parties in the past. And she denied that the tweet Trump sent this morning blasting Gillibrand was unusually personal.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi, the best by a distance

Star Wars: The Last Jedi (12A)  As the Star Wars behemoth lumbers on, cynics might be forgiven for raising an eyebrow at the number of sequels, prequels and spin-offs that continue to make their way here from a galaxy far, far away. Or not so far, actually. This film, the ninth (and in my view the best by a distance) since George Lucas's original movie in 1977, was shot mostly in the British Isles. It is the product of some remarkable technical wizardry at Pinewood Studios - as well as great vision from its American writer-director Rian Johnson.

Photos show festive spirit is lost on some families

The festive season is in full swing, and nothing says Christmas more than posing for photos with loved ones and yuletide decorations. But as this gallery of awkward and inappropriate photographs perfectly demonstrates, the seasonal snap can go very, very wrong.
