A former bodyguard to celebrities Bella Thorne and Scott Disick was sentenced to four years in prison by a federal court in Brooklyn on Wednesday.
Igor Krugly, the owner of Pitbull Security, will serve time in prison after he was convicted of running an illegal gambling operation.
'As a member of an Eastern European organized crime syndicate, Krugly engaged in traditional and pernicious rackets, operating illegal high stakes poker games and perpetuating a related, international extortion conspiracy,' Acting Brooklyn US Attorney Bridget Rohde said.
Krugly has been photographed in the past escorting the likes of Thorne, Disick, and Kendall Jenner to various locations, according to the New York Daily News.

The 38-year-old Krugly was part of a group of individuals with links to Eastern European criminal figures in Brooklyn.
Seven out of 10 members of the group, which calls itself 'thieves in law,' have pleaded guilty to crimes.

Authorities said that Krugly helped launch an illegal gambling den in Coney Island early last year.
He was also said to be 'deeply involved' in all aspects of the makeshift casino.

Krugly helped to recruit gamblers, collected debts, paid out winnings, and hired 'massage girls,' according to the Daily News.
His lawyer, Andrew Rendeiro, denied the government's allegations. Krugly was only a minor cog in the operation, the lawyer argued.
Krugly also claims to have been unaware of the group's more serious alleged criminal activity, like the arson of a rival gambling den.
Rendeiro said Krugly was a devoted family man whose only business came from acting as a bodyguard.
He drove celebrities around in his Chevrolet Tahoe, according to Rendeiro.
But the US government sees things differently. Matthew Jacobs, an assistant US attorney, said Krugly was 'front and center' in an operation aimed at recovering a $200,000 gambling debt.
At sentencing, Krugly apologized to the judge overseeing the case. He claimed that he has been addicted to gambling since he was a teenager.
Krugly told the judge that the addiction has cost him 'my money, my pride and now my freedom.'
He is scheduled to surrender to prison in February and begin his sentence.
