'I have no pain and life is wonderful!' Olivia Newton-John reveals her improved health following her second battle with breast cancer and says she has returned to work

She is one of Australia's most beloved musicians who was diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time, earlier this year.

But on Friday, Olivia Newton-John declared she was 'pain free' and improving during an interview with Channel Seven's Sunrise.

'I'm doing really well, thank you,' she said.

'I just finished a tour on the weekend, so I've been working again. And I have no pain and life is wonderful,' she told the breakfast show.

Olivia also revealed that she intends to take a couple of months off at the start of 2018 before getting back on tour.

'I have a few concerts planned for March... But after that, I'm not quite sure but I'm kind of looking at it, but with a little bit more time off in between,' she explained.
