She's one of Hollywood's top actresses - and fashionistas.
And Sarah Paulson lived up to her reputation in New York City on Thursday, as she walked the red carpet for the premiere of her latest film, The Post.
The 42-year-old star commanded the limelight in a designer dress that splashed mustard yellow atop varied shades of blue along the garment's high neckline, sides and bottom.

Sarah wore jam red pointed heels, carried a black and gold clutch, and accessorized with earrings. The 12 Years a Slave actress was perfectly made up with her brown locks slicked back and parted slightly to the right.
Sarah, who portrays Tony Bradlee in the new Steven Spielberg motion picture, was one in the ensemble cast of stars to walk the procession at the premiere of the high-profile film, which stars Academy Award winners Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks.
The Post’s casting director Ellen Lewis, speaking with Vulture on Thursday, said filmmakers went out of their way to make sure Sarah, who also appears on the Ryan Murphy series American Horror Story, would be able to shoot, noting that 'scheduling with people was very challenging.
'As we started going over ideas, she was somebody that Steven decided pretty quickly that he would like to have in the movie,' Lewis told the publication on Thursday.

Lewis continued, 'Sarah Paulson is in a TV show, so it’s like, "Okay, how do we do that?" That’s when having a fantastic line producer and amazing first assistant director are so vital to what we do, because we have to figure out how it’s going to work.'
Paulson last week gave a revealing interview to NET-A-PORTER’s digital magazine The EDIT, in which she dished on her relationship with actress/playwright Holland Taylor, 74, and the 32-year age gap between them.
She said: 'My life choices are, um, unconventional. I’m with a much older person and people find that totally fascinating and odd, and, to me, it’s the least interesting thing about me. But I do feel a bit unconventional.'

Paulson - who was previously linked to Tony Award-winning Broadway star Cherry Jones, 61 - was nonplussed when some of her Tinseltown peers admonished her about the relationship.
'Early on, when people found out I was with Holland, some said: "I think you have to be careful, I’m afraid it’s going to affect your career negatively." I was like, what? It never occurred to me at all,' she said.
The Post hits select theaters December 22.
