Reese Witherspoon certainly seems to be in the Christmas spirit.

On Wednesday the 41-year-old beauty showed off her Christmas tree inside her Los Angeles mansion in a sweet Instagram snap.

This comes just after she was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award for her performance in the hit HBO series Big Little Lies. She also took to Instagram to congratulate her co-stars Nicole Kidman, Laura Dern and Alexander Skargsgard when were also nominated.

Reese picked up an Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Miniseries nod.

Her tree was nothing shy of fantastic, but her lacy red dress stole the show—along with her holiday decorating mishap.

The actress had accidentally ordered monstrously large ornaments that didn’t quite suit her tree. Her comical photo caption read: ‘When you order Christmas ornaments online…#ExpectationsVsReality.'

While trimming the tree, the Emmy winner wore a dress from her very own collectio, Draper James. The red lace dress had a v-neck cut and swingy sleeves. The skirt flowed down to just above her knees.

She wore a matching red lip and her hair slightly curled.

Her nude shoes looked as if they were adorned by small round jewels, and she wore dangling diamond earrings.

Big Little Lies will return for a second season and fans are jumping for joy. HBO made the announcement in early December.

Reese plays Madeline Martha Mackenzie in the HBO drama, whose personality is as eccentric as her name. The stay at home mom is hilarious, sassy, and a tad petty at times.

In a statement, Witherspoon shared her excitement to re-join the cast.

The entire cast will return for season two along with new faces and a new lead director. Viewers can expect the next installment in 2019.
