Kevin Hart has been called out on Twitter for his 'sexist' Saturday Night Live opening monologue.

Hart received a huge cheer in his monologue when he said: 'You have to take your hat off when it comes to dealing with kids to the women. Women I give you so much credit. Like, you guys do so much.'

But the star, hosting for the third time, then seemed to express dated views when he went on: 'When it comes to putting structure in the child's life -- when it comes to bathing, feeding, taking the kid to school, from school, you guys do that.

But the star, hosting for the third time, then seemed to express dated views when he said 'when it comes to bathing, feeding, taking the kid to school, from school, you guys do that ... 'But the one thing that you're not is fun,' he insisted

'You're responsible for that. And you know what, I applaud you for that.

'But the one thing that you're not -- the one thing you're not -- is fun,' he insisted.

'You're not. You've never heard a kid say, "I can't wait to get home and play with my Mom." You ain't ever heard that,' he insisted, adding: '"I can't wait for Mommy and Me time" -- that don't exist, don't no kid say that. All of the fun responsibility lies on the shoulder of the father. It does.'

He then went further by insisting that it also meant men have the 'hardest job' because 'the kid does not know how to shut fun off'.

'I'll tell you the scariest thing for a man to see after a long day at work,' he said. 'He's tired. The scariest thing for a man to see when he opens up that door real slow is that baby with a lot of energy on the other side.

'"Oh yeah! I'm ready to play Daddy!"' You've got to have a lot of patience as a man to deal with that -- a lot. Some men have it, some men don't.'

He also bet that every dad in the audience has at one point driven home from work, seen his child looking out the window, and 'You see the baby. You see the baby see you see the baby. And you back out that driveway,' he said as he ended the monologue.

One user even pointed to today's 'climate' apparently referring to the dozens of women who have come forward about alleged sexual harassment incidents within the past few months.

Others called it the 'most sexist opener' they've ever heard.

One Twitter user even called Hart out on the cheating scandal that made headlines in August when a sex tape emerged of Hart with Montia Sabbag in Las Vegas.

When the news hit, the 38-year-old comedian was called a jerk for stepping out on his wife pregnant Eniko Parrish, 33.

On Thursday he told Power 105.1's Breakfast Club that he was 'guilty' of the 'dumb' move that was 'irresponsible'.

Hart had unexpectedly admitted in his monologue that he 'wasn't excited about having a baby,' explaining: 'I got two babies already -- my daughter's 12, my son's 10.'

Saying he told wife Eniko that 'technically, those babies are your babies too' because they are married, he joked that she told him: '"I know, but they old, I want new ones."

'I said well first of all don't talk about my kids like they used cars. These kids work perfectly fine, there's nothing wrong with these kids.'

'There's so many things I don't like when it comes to little kids,' he admitted, complaining about how 'all you do is repeat yourself all day to a two-year-old child'.

As the show closed, Hart went out of his way to acknowledge his wife Eniko Parrish on whom he recently admitted to cheating.

'I love you Eniko!' blurted out the comedian, adding 'I'm so happy' before skating away with the rest of the SNL cast on the ice of Rockefeller Center.

Eniko had their son Kenzo less than a month ago.
