Kate Hudson couldn't keep her hands, or her lips, off her musician beau Danny Fujikawa following a couple cardio session at Circuit Works Fitness Studios in Santa Monica Saturday.

The 38-year-old Oscar nominee passionately kissed the Lightwave Records founder, whom she first met in 2002 through his stepsisters Erin & Sara Foster.

But December 3 marked a full year since the divorced mother-of-two's first date with the former Chief guitarist and NYU drop-out.
