The unveiling of the new house comes amid the exciting news that Cheryl is returning as a second opinion during the Judges Houses round - two years after she left the show to start a family with former contestant Liam Payne, 24.
But Cheryl, 34, looked like she'd never been away, as she reunited with show boss Simon Cowell in a first look at her Judges' Houses appearance, which has prompted the suggestion that she should return permanently.
Shown on ITV's Lorraine, a clip proves that nothing has changed between the 34-year-old and judge Simon, who quickly berated her about naming her son 'Bear'.
Plenty to look forward to! Singers Holly Tandy (L), 16, and Grace Davies, 20, have stood out from the Girls' category and are no doubt hoping to make it to the live shows

Sat beside her old boss Simon at his luxury £10million mansion in the South of France, glamorous Cheryl seems right at home the filming.
And proving that the love-hate banter between the duo is as rife as ever, Simon goads the beauty about the name choice for her baby, who she welcomed with One Direction star Liam in March.
'Do want to go to school being called Bear?' he jibed, to which she retorted: 'Why would you want to be called Arthur or Simon - one of those common names?'

Lap of luxury: The sprawling mansion features a spacious garden with a large patio and a gazebo
Panoramic view: The three-car garage will no doubt come in handy as the hopefuls travel to and from the music studio for rehearsals
Opulence: The impressive pad is set among manicured lawns and is covered by a line of trees at the back of the garden
The duo, both now parents to young sons, collapse into laughter over the gaffe, hinting that their friendship is strong.
Cheryl and Simon had not seen each other for two years before filming for the Judges' Houses stage of the competition but now it's believed she will be invited back for good.
On their chemistry, The Sun's Dan Wootton told Lorraine Kelly on her show: 'I have a sneaking suspicion that Cheryl may well be back in a full-time role as a judge on the X Factor next year.
She's back! New mum Cheryl returns in a sneak peek for X Factor Judges' Houses this week, in which she quickly returns to bantering with show boss Simon Cowell
Laugh out loud: She and Simon Cowell (right) are still sharing the same level of banter as he jibes her about her baby's name
Joker: Simon, who also has one young son, probed the beauty about her name choice
Fuming: Cheryl didn't look best pleased when Simon insulted her choice of baby name
'You know I told you how Nicole [Scherzinger] is going on the Pussycat Dolls reunion? I think Simon is desperate to get Cheryl back on that judging panel and this was almost like a little bit of a test run.'
The 2017 panel currently features old faces Nicole, Simon, Louis Walsh and Nicole Scherzinger.
Former Girls Aloud star Cheryl, who first starred at 25, judged the competition in 2014 and 2015, after leaving to focus on her solo pop career.
In 2011, she was dropped from the US version of the competition on bad terms with Simon but they have since repaired their relationship.
Nothing's changed: She rolled her eyes at Simon, when he said he would rather be named Simon or Arthur than Bear
Charming: Cheryl's permanent return has also been teased, thanks to her chemistry with Simon
The nation's golden girl is back: Cheryl confirmed her return to X Factor last week, posing for an official picture alongside Simon, almost a decade after first appearance as a judge on the talent show
On whether they'd kissed and made up the next year, she reserved some animosity, saying: 'I wouldn’t say I’ve kissed Simon - I tell you one thing he can kiss...'
Afterwards, in 2014, Simon explained why he'd sacked her saying: 'When I saw her I didn't recognise her. Literally. The hair and outfit were crazy. Just totally crazy.
'I asked her manager, 'What's she wearing, what's happened to her hair?' He was defensive about it. I haven't a clue why she turned up like that.
'She'd put on a bit of weight, but not loads. That wasn't the issue. The only way I can describe it is that it wasn't Cheryl sitting in that seat. She'd lost her confidence.'
Sacked: Cheryl was sacked from the X Factor USA version in 2011, following her first appearance (pictured) in which Simon said he felt like she'd lost her confidence
Cheryl confirmed her temporary return to theX Factor UK when the official pictures were released last week, marking almost a decade since her first appearance as a judge.
Her return as a mentor in the Judge's Houses follows a two year hiatus from the show, and her recent reemergence to the spotlight following the birth of her first child.
Dressed in a pair of black palazzo pants embellished with gold buttons, the slender former Girls Aloud star reveals her tiny waist in a form-fitting bustier.
Motherhood has clearly done wonders for Cheryl, despite her claim that her beauty regime has 'gone out of the window' since her baby arrived.
Pulling out the stops: Simon Cowell, 57, is going all out for Cheryl's X Factor return and has hired a £10million plush mansion in the South of France for his Judges' Houses round
With her brunette tresses in long sweeping waves and minimal make-up, the pretty 34-year-old shows off her dazzling smile as she cosies up to pal Simon at his Chateau Diter, located just outside Cannes and boasting two helipads.
Chateau Diter recently served as the setting for thrilling TV drama Riviera, starring Julia Stiles.
Simon looks thrilled to have his golden girl back, revealing a generous amount of chest hair in his open white shirt and (presumably high waist) jeans in the snap.
Set against the backdrop of his stunning provincial villa with an array of grand pillars setting the foreground for the lush greenery bathed in dusky sunlight, the pair's joint snap comes ahead of the judge's houses episode at the end of the month.
Cheryl is set to join the music mogul, 57, for the talent show's much-anticipated Judges' Houses round and the hopefuls will audition in a plush mansion reportedly worth £10million.
Comeback: Cheryl (pictured above on The X Factor in 2015) will rejoin Simon on the show to help him decide between his acts for Judges' Houses
Complete with ornate detailing inside, the property boasts a swimming pool and an expansive gardens, along with expansive bedrooms and luxury bathrooms to be used at the leisure of its guests.
Fans may recognise the lavish mansion as it had featured in Sky Atlantic series Riviera that starred actress Julia Stiles.
Along with its idyllic location, Chateau Diter comes complete with a grand staircase and chandelier lighting, a huge dining room and several spacious rooms, equipped with traditional furniture, for guests to relax in.
It certainly oozes star power and will no doubt give this year's X Factor hopefuls, mentored by Simon, a taste of the high life that comes with being a fully fledged pop star.
It's claimed Louis Walsh will whisk his acts off to Istanbul, where he will be joined by Grace Kelly singer Mika, and Nicole will rely on guidance from rapper Stormzy on her hopefuls in South Africa.
Sharon Osbourne is believed to have been flanked by her children Kelly and Jack in San Francisco.

Meanwhile, Cheryl's re-addition to The X Factor was teased in September, with the news thought to have left Simon's former flame and usual choice of guest mentor Sinitta 'furious'.
It marks the third year in a row that the 'So Macho's singer has been overlooked by the star and a text she had sent The Sun's Dan Wootton was shared during an episode of Lorraine, that read: 'They decided to go 'in a different direction' is what one of the directors told me.
'I had prepared and also turned down other work and created something incredible to wear...'
In 2016, Sinitta was snubbed in favour of Spice Girls Mel B and Emma Bunton, and in 2015, One Direction star Louis Tomlinson took her place.

Familiar? Fans may recognise the lavish mansion as it had featured in Sky Atlantic series Riviera that starred actress Julia Stiles
After the 2015 axing, Sinitta was said to have been like a 'woman scorned' because they were 'trying something different'.
In a bid to avoid Cheryl stepping in this year, Sinitta issued a warning to her younger counterpart earlier this month, saying: 'Back off.'
Taking a tongue-in-cheek swipe at the new mum, So Macho singer Sinitta told The Sun Online: 'You can't look like that, have hair like that, have Liam [Payne], have the perfect baby, the perfect body, the perfect face, be a pop star, be drop-dead gorgeous and take Judges' Houses.
She needs to stay in her lane a little bit. I love you Chez but don't even go there - not that I'm bothered.'

Ditched: It marks the third year in a row that the 'So Macho's singer (above) has been overlooked by the star, with Sinitta confessing she had been 'preparing' to join Simon on The X Factor
Past times: In a bid to avoid Cheryl stepping in this year, Sinitta (pictured with Simon at Judges' Houses in 2010) issued a warning to her younger counterpart earlier this month, saying: 'Back off'
A source insisted to MailOnline on Monday that Sinitta was never offered a role on the X Factor in 2017 and therefore never had a job to 'brutally' axe.
Though a representative for Sinitta explained that the former popstar has always felt like part of the X Factor family and therefore felt 'promised' the job.
'Brutal is a matter of opinion,' the spokesperson said. 'But after being promised the job for life and invited back on live television last year it was at least insensitive to change direction and exclude her.
'Sinitta makes a huge effort and always has for the X Factor since it first started
'She was told she was considered part of the X Factor family and didn't expect them to go back on their word again this year, otherwise she wouldn't have declined other work opportunities and created a masterpiece for her return this year.
No stranger! Cheryl has previously starred as a judge alongside Simon on The X Factor in several series - her last being 2015 where Nick Grimshaw and Rita Ora had joined her on the panel
It was back in 2009 when Sinitta made her most memorable appearance on Judges' Houses, dressed in nothing but foliage.
Just six months after giving birth to baby son Bear, Cheryl is believed to have agreed to make her comeback on the show which made her a household name.
She will surprise her fans by lining up alongside Simon at the judges' houses stage of the ITV series, where she will help Cowell choose his three final acts to take through to the live shows.
She will fly to the South of France where Cowell has hired the opulent villa to try out six of his acts and will rely on the former judge to help him make the right decisions.
It is something of a coup for Cowell, who for five years has been trying to get her to star on the same series as Scherzinger. Only, the women will be 5000 miles apart, with current judge Nicole thought to be filming her judges' house shows in Los Angeles.
A source close to Cowell told The Mail On Sunday: 'Simon is ecstatic at getting Cheryl back working with him again. They've had their ups and downs to say the least but he hugely respects her opinion.
'He has been working on it for a while. He and Cheryl have been talking a lot over the last months. Recent reports that she wouldn't be returning ever are obviously way off the mark.
'For Cheryl, this felt like the right way for her to make a return to the limelight after having Bear. She has the tough task of picking Simon's final acts so the pressure is on and he is very much looking forward to the banter.'
A source close to Cheryl added: 'She was never going to be a stay at home mum, she's looking forward to getting back out to work, as long as it works around Bear.'
She initially starred as an X Factor judge 2008, before first leaving the show in 2011. Cheryl then returned for series 11 and 12 of the show in 2014 and 2015, last appearing on the judging panel with Simon, Nick Grimshaw and Rita Ora.
Stepping back into the limelight: A source close to Cowell said of Cheryl's return: 'For Cheryl, this felt like the right way for her to make a return to the limelight after having Bear'
