And Nick Knowles and Jessica Rose Moor continued their friendly display as they enjoyed a day on the beach in Barbados on Monday.

The DIY SOS presenter, 55, was seen enthusiastically running into the water as he was joined his bikini-clad estranged wife, 30.

Nick and Jessica - who announced they were parting ways in January 2016 after four years together - looked like they were getting on like a house on fire during the sun-kissed day.

Jessica flaunted her enviable physique as she stripped off to a tiny white bikini, which bared her flat stomach and toned legs.

The blonde, who wore her locks in funky braids, ensured to apply sun cream all over her body before she indulged in topping up her tan.

Jessica wore a simple slick of make-up and shielded herself from the soaring sun with a pair of shades.

The pair began the day by getting their choice of sunbeds, with Nick cladding his physique in a camouflage rugby top.

He then went shirtless and proceeded to run in to the water alongside Jessica.

Their split was muddied by his fling with Gemma and Jessica's shock cancer diagnosis earlier in the year but he insisted they were happily working on their marriage again and are ensuring their three-year-old son remains their priority.

When asked about Pascal, he appeared less than enthused, telling OK! magazine: 'What’s interesting is you’ll find I’ve never ever commented on anyone that I’ve ever gone out with – but you’ll find that she has.'

He hit back shortly after, agreeing with her verdict but questioning her TV career with some sharp words.

'I think Pascal got it right when she said I was having a midlife crisis,' he admitted.

But he continued: 'She was a gymnast. She did, like, two episodes of TOWIE. And that outweighs her sports career, somehow.

'People like to define others in this way. She was briefly on TOWIE so now she's a 'TOWIE star'.'
