And heavily pregnant Abbey Clancy proudly flaunted her evolving figure as she went topless to stun in a sexy photoshoot.

The 31-year-old model looked stunning as she protected her modesty with her hands while striking a number of saucy poses in the sensational black and white snaps.

Abbey utilised her years of modelling experience as she posed at a side angle - highlighting her blossoming bump in nothing but a pair of skinny jeans.

The beauty sported a heavily teased and tousled blow-dry which framed her gorgeous features.

In another snap, the TV presenter angled her body forward while putting her arms across her cleavage.

With a subtle gust of wind blowing in her face, Abbey looked incredible as she exhibited her sensational figure.

The BINTM presenter is preparing to welcome her third child with Peter in January, but recently divulged on the perils of pregnancy ahead of the due date, admitting it has been 'a terrible five months'.

The exhausted model admitted the majority of it has been spent with her 'head down the toilet, throwing up,' during an appearance on ITV's This Morning.

Abbey, who already has two daughters with Peter - Sophia, six, and Liberty, two - joked that she needed mum-of-three Holly Willoughby's advice.

'I need some tips off you Holly!' she said. 'You get no sympathy with your third pregnancy. Head down the toilet, throwing up. It's been a terrible five months.'

But insisting she had weathered the worst of the pregnancy, Clancy said she was excited for the baby's arrival now.

'I'm back, I feel great I'm just a little bit tired. I just cant wait to have it now.'

The Britain's Next Top Model has been honest about her fears for the third baby in the past, admitting she is 'scared' to welcome a new addition to the family.

Speaking to MailOnline, she said it was going to be 'hard work' and even joked that she and Peter will never 'leave the house again'.

'I've only got a few months left till I have the baby. It's scary but I'm feeling good about it,' the Scouse stunner said.

'I've got a baby at home so it's like "Oo! I'm going to have another one!" I've got a little girl, a baby and now I'm having another one.'

Clancy, who confirmed her pregnancy in June, added: 'I always wanted a big family so I feel extremely blessed but it is going to be hard work. I don't think we'll ever leave the house again, me and Pete!'

Asked if she has been working out during the pregnancy, she said adamantly: 'No, definitely not. I'm embracing the pregnancy. I've just had two custard croissants!'
