She has modelled herself as a 'fitness guru' since her departure from The Only Way Is Essex in 2013.

And it is easy to see why Lucy Mecklenburgh, 25, is deserving of that title, as she flaunted her toned abs in a co-ord outfit in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Wearing a flamenco-inspired ensemble of a ruffled red midi skirt and matching crop top, the entrepreneur looked slim and happy as she attended the PrettyLittleThing x Olivia Culpo collection launch.

The former reality star dusted her gym-honed body with a smattering of bronze tan to further accentuate her muscle definition, and carried her belongings in a black miniature box bag.

The unusual outfit consisted of layers of ruffles hanging in asymmetric tiers to accentuate her slender hips, overlain lace.

She styled her glossy brunette tresses into waves framing her face, and wore smokey eye make-up to bring out her dark eyes.

Olivia Culpo has joined forces with PrettyLittleThing and her new collection launches on Monday 21 June.

In Los Angeles this week, stars took to the red carpet at her clothing launch event including the lovely Lucy Mecklenburgh.

The star looked lovely in a co-ordinating outfit which of course comes from Olivia's new line - she's managed to get her hands on it early. Perks of being a celebrity!

We love the ladylike lace and pretty ruffles on the skirt and the burgundy hue is perfect for the fast-approaching autumn season.

The model joins a host of brand ambassadors for the fashion site, including Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars Anastasia Karanikolaou and Malika Haqq, and reality star Nicole Williams.

Meanwhile, Lucy's relationship with new beau Ryan Thomas appears to be going from strength to strength since the pair confirmed they were an item a month ago during a trip to Wimbledon.

The couple were seen on Thursday emerging from The Ivy in West Hollywood, looking chilled and happy after a leisurely lunch together.

The former TOWIE star looked stunning for the afternoon date with her beau, 33, as she stepped out in a demure milkmaid-inspired two-piece sun dress.

Lucy's ensemble featured a checked white and green detailing, with a lacy white front and a peplum design at the waist, tied at the front with a bow.

The outfit separated at the midriff, teasing the reality personality's toned waist, before continuing into a skirt in a matching style.

The peplum theme repeated at the hem, and a buttoned-up slit featured up the front of the skirt.

The ensemble ended just below the knees to reveal Lucy's toned, bronzed pins and a pair of strappy white heels.

She teamed this with a white shoulder purse in leather with a gold front clip and mirrored metallic shades.

She dotted accents of jewellery here and there and smiled as she strutted across the street from the eatery.

Ryan looked typically smart-casual in a navy shirt, matching jeans and dark shades.

The pair seemed relaxed in one another's company as they dined on the terrace, taking in the surrounds and sipping on cool glasses of wine.

As they finished their meal they left the eatery together and headed to an awaiting SUV, where they hopped in and headed back to their hotel.

After weeks of cryptic hints, Lucy and Ryan confirmed their romance and were parading their union when they got dolled to the nines to attend the men's semi-finals at Wimbledon in July.

In June, Lucy and Ryan enjoyed idyllic trips to both Panama and Mykonos, during which they shared near identical snaps on their Instagram feeds throughout the whole holidays - yet never posed together.

Clearly going from strength-to-strength, the happy pair headed to Wimbledon in their finery to enjoy a date in the sunshine while watching the sport - a perfect date for the fitness fanatics no doubt.

As they appeared together looking every inch the happy couple, Lucy took to her Instagram stories to share her first ever snap with her beau - although kept things subtle with an image of their intertwined hands.
