Wearing a big smile on her face, the mother of Kai, 7, Klay, four, and Kit, one, later headed out onto a boat, where son Kai indulged in some water sports.

Her eldest, who she shared with her footballer husband, Wayne Rooney, appeared delighted as he flew off his inflatable ring and whooshed through the air.

While Wayne was not pictured with the family on the day, the sporting legend was with the group the day before.

He has, in the past, missed out on family holidays, having had to stay back home due to work commitments.

The day before, Coleen gathered the family together for a group photo, with the clan all beaming widely as they huddled close together for the snap, which she later posted to Twitter for her 1.2million followers.

Slipping a pair of large mirrored shades over her face, doting mum Coleen could not contain her joy in the image, which she captioned: 'Our Dad's here!!! Let summer time begin .... family time'.

Perhaps unknowingly, the beauty had risked arrest due to her choice of camouflage swimwear.

Camouflage wear by the non-military is illegal in Barbados.

The law was introduced under Prime Minister Tom Adams who served from 1976 until his death in 1985.
