Harvey's Weinstein's estranged wife may have had her heart broken, but she isn't broke.

The luxury label fashion designer and ex-Hollywood studio head's humiliated wife, Georgina Chapman, could pocket nearly $12million if the couple divorce within the next 12 months.

The once-happy family 'celebrated' 10 years of marriage Friday - marking a new milestone in the couple's multi-million dollar prenup, in favor of Chapman.

In court documents detailing their marital assets, Chapman is listed to receive $400,000 annually in the case of divorce, beginning a decade after the pair wed in December 2007, according to TMZ

She is listed to receive $100,000 more now than the previous amount of $300,000.

Additional marital assets detail that in their first five years, Chapman will be granted $250,000 annually, and between six to 10 years, $700,000 annually, the gossip site reports.

The financial agreement further states her housing allowance of $25,000 per each month of marriage, with a cut-off at $3million.

With $4million in spousal support, the total accounts for $11.75million as of Friday.

By their 11-year anniversary, Chapman could receive an additional $1million per year.

The English beauty and mother-of-two to Weinstein's children, India, 7, and Dashiell, 4, has yet to announce her plans to file.

Chapman confirmed her leave from the tainted marriage on October 10 - following countless sexual misconduct claims against Weinstein.

She told People at the time: 'My heart breaks for all the women who have suffered tremendous pain because of these unforgivable actions.

'I have chosen to leave my husband. Caring for my young children is my first priority and I ask the media for privacy at this time.'

A source close to Chapman told People the actress wasn't looking to expedite the divorce - but definitely wanted out.

'She doesn't want to be married to Harvey,' the source told the magazine.

'She wants a divorce ... It's just not anything that she is rushing.'
