Slender Frankie Essex is the picture of confidence in vibrant yellow two-piece as she soaks up the sun in Cape Verde... after vowing to NEVER wear a bikini again due to cruel trolls

She recently vowed to never wear a bikini again, after suffering at the hands of cruel trolls.

But Frankie Essex proved she has got her confidence back on Saturday as she slipped into a bright yellow two-piece while on holiday in Cape Verde.

The former TOWIE star, 30, proudly showed off her slender frame in the skimpy swimwear as she topped up her tan on the sun-soaked island.

Make waves like Frankie in a bikini by Lost Ink

Frankie Essex is currently soaking up the rays in Cape Verde, so that can only mean one thing for us: swimwear stalking!

We absolutely love the sunny yellow bikini she was spotted in over the weekend. The two-piece by Lost Ink features a longline triangle top and hipster bottoms, both of which incorporate statement lace-up detailing. Bright and playful, this set looks fabulous against sun-kissed skin; just add sky-high wedges and oversized sunglasses for lounging by the pool in style.

The reality star turned heads in the vibrant two-piece - which left her impressively toned stomach and waist on full display.

The top was of a trendy bralet style, and plunged into a deep V neckline to give a flash of her ample cleavage underneath.

Drawing further attention to her envy-inducing figure, the matching briefs then rose high at her waist and rear, to leave most of her long legs and derriere on show.

She left her hair in loose waves and accessorised with mirrored sunglasses in a glamorous finishing touch, as she relaxed in the sunshine by the pool.

Frankie was the picture of confidence in the two-piece - despite vowing to never wear a bikini again, after she was branded fat by vile trolls while holidaying in Spain in September.

After the abuse, she said: 'I don't even want to wear a bikini now feel so uncomfortable.'

Frankie has always been open about her fitness journey and struggle with yo-yo dieting, and confessed she felt blue after putting on a stone in August.

She revealed The Sun: 'I've put on a stone. Not being able to go gym - you eat and it makes me a bit depressed.

'It's horrible and it's a bit depressing. I'm swollen. My whole body is swollen.'

Earlier this year, Frankie released a fitness DVD to share her secret to losing weight with fans - after piling on the pounds last year following a painful break-up.

Speaking about her lowest point, Frankie told MailOnline: 'I've had a year and a half of being sad and depressed and not even wanting to leave the house at times.

'I just want to make everyone feel good like I do now.'
