The former TOWIE star, 31, spent the weekend at a lifestyle workshop as she revealed she wanted help focusing on her diet and fitness regime. 

Taking to Instagram on Sunday she revealed that she attended a 'mind-blowing' week long course that 'taught her a lot about herself'.

'The information and what i have leant is mind blowing! No one really talks about there addictions or depression or there anxiety and stress - if your a man or a women we all suffer the same. [sic]'

She added: '... Some will prob want to know why i did the course its more for my diet and fitness and focus and drive on my work as i love being a business women and more information is never enough!

The reality star - who released a workout DVD last year - also shared a video in which she admitted: 'I'm just full of information right now, it's mind-blowing.

'I went there by myself I didnt really know what to expect but everyone was there by themselves and they was terrified. 

It takes you out of your comfort zone which people are scared to do but the greatest. I'm very pleased I done the course, I found stuff fascinating.

'You learn a lot about yourself, you come out of your comfort zone which is great. Good luck, do it, change your life, make changes. You're in control of you.'

Speaking to the Daily Star, Lauren claimed that she would liven up the show with her stunning good looks and charm. 

She explained: 'Sexy glamour is what the show needs. I would be brilliant TV because it’s always the characters who wear their hearts on their sleeves who you remember.'

She added: 'They are missing the glamour girl and boy that we’ve loved previously.'
