And Kylie Jenner already has a favorite name in mind - but she's keeping a secret, according to a new report from People.

The allegedly pregnant reality star has been spending most of her time at her house as she awaits the arrival of her first born, who she is said to be expecting with boyfriend Travis Scott.

A source told the website that Kylie, who has yet to confirm her pregnancy, has been 'busy getting the pink nursery ready' and has been devoting her attention to buying baby supplies online.

And on the rare occasions Kylie has left her home, it has been mostly been for doctor's appointments, a source said, adding she has been having people come directly to her during this time.

Kylie has also been expressing worries about the delivery and recovery, the source added.

'She has expressed some concerns about giving [birth] and the recovery, but she isn't freaking out,' the insider explained, adding, 'It seems more like first-time mom concerns.'

Kylie's relationship with Travis, meanwhile, is 'fine', but it's been tough for her as she's been away on tour.

'Everyone is hoping he will be around more for the holidays. Kylie needs his support,' the source explained.
