She has yet to confirm that she is expecting her first child with NBA star Tristan Thompson after reports first came to light in September.

But Khloe Kardashian appeared to drop her biggest 'pregnancy' hint yet, as she took to Instagram on Sunday to promote her range of sunglasses.

The Keeping Up With The Kardahians star, 33, unexpectedly appeared to show a pregnancy pillow in the reflection of her shades as she pouted up a storm.

Khloe has ensured to remain coy about reports she's expanding her family with the professional basketball player.

While she has succeeded in remaining tight-lipped so far, the reality star seemed to accidentally confirm the pregnancy as she shared the selfie on social media, which showcased her tousled blonde locks and glamorous make-up application.

However, on further inspection it was noted that there was a pregnancy pillow in the reflection of her shades.

An insider had previously told the publication: 'Even though this is a very exciting time for her, she wants to be more private for now and is doing her best to stay out of the public eye.

'She feels good, but her body is changing. She doesn’t want to be photographed. At the moment, she wants more privacy. She has family and friends come to her house instead so she has company.'
