'That's obviously where I've gone wrong': Susanna Reid pokes fun at her divorce as she finds herself in hysterics with Piers Morgan about couple's secret to 67-year marriage

She split from former sports reporter Dominic Cotton in 2014 after a 16-year marriage.

But Susanna Reid showed a light-hearted approach to her divorce as she was joined by an elderly couple, who hilariously revealed their secret to a long and healthy marriage - English roast dinners.

The 47-year-old burst into laughter with her co-presenter Piers Morgan, 52, on Monday's Good Morning Britain, as she responded: 'That's obviously where I've gone wrong'.

Go retro like Susanna in a dress by Fee G

Between the likes of Holly Willoughby, Lorraine Kelly and Susanna Reid, the doyennes of daytime television provide us with no shortage of outfit inspiration.

Whilst Holly has a real penchant for sparkles and sequins, Susanna is the queen of chic dresses, and we love today's blush-coloured number. It's by Fee G, one of the Good Morning Britain host's go-to brands. Bravo to her stylist Debbie Harper!

The belted waist and A-line shape gives it a retro feel, plus the all-over print is very pretty. Unfortunately it's not available to buy, but click (right) to get your hands on something similar.

Or if you're feeling inspired by Susanna's style, see below for some similar dresses. This lace dress by Phase Eight is top of our list...

The veteran's wife wittingly continued: 'We'd have one every Sunday and I'd cook full dinners so I wouldn't have to cook on Mondays'.

The Croydon native chuckled: 'That's obviously where I've gone wrong!'

Putting the jokes aside, Harry credited it to 'being independent of each other to a great extent... Understanding what each other want to do'.

Viewers flooded Twitter to express their delight about watching the cute couple.

Susanna split up from her husband Dominic - with whom she shares three sons - after 16 years of marriage in 2014.

Despite their public separation, the presenter told The Mirror in 2014: 'He is one of my best friends in the world'.

While Dominic began a relationship with Adela Straughan in 2014, Susanna has admitted she's not looking for love just yet, telling  Fabulous in January: 'I’m not dating, and right now it feels like absolutely the right thing to be single and independent. It’s a positive choice.

'I am now in a position where I can be with my children as much as I possibly can, because work is in a really good place, and both of those things take up my energy, time and love. I can’t imagine who has the time to then start a new relationship. My goodness…

'I genuinely feel the happiest I’ve ever been. There will be plenty of time for... anything else… later, later, later.'
