'Cheers to tomorrow!' Lady Gaga bares her cleavage in a peekaboo blouse as she jets into LA for her final tour date

She spent the past couple of days enjoying the delights of Las Vegas, including a Friday night concert by her fellow superstar Lionel Richie.

But by Sunday, Lady Gaga was jetting out to California to play the final North American date of her Joanne World Tour.

The 31-year-old singer posted an Instagram photo that day of herself on the plane, holding a wineglass as she modeled a cleavage-baring black getup.

'There is no greater feeling knowing I can be a part of the kindness in the arena every night with all of you. #Little Monsters,' said the platinum blonde, using her affectionate name for her fans - some of whom in turn call her Mother Monster.

'#Joanne my album is about family, relationship, pain and triumph,' wrote the New Yorker. 'Thank you for the beautiful North American tour where a city girl traveled out west with a new hat to wear, a new perspective on life.'

She closed out: 'Cheers to tomorrow! Our last night at The Forum in Los Angeles.'

Prior to that photo, she had uploaded two close-up selfies - one a GIF and one a photo - of herself in the same outfit that day.

The still photo, she captioned by crowing: 'That’s Las Vegas Baby!' These same two posts also wound up on her Instagram Story.

After taking off Christmas and New Year's, the Catholic pop diva's tour will pick up again in January with a European stretch that will start in Barcelona and end in Berlin.

British stops are to include London, Birmingham and Manchester, and on the Continent she will play such cities as Milan, Paris, Copenhagen and Stockholm.

Though the original 1937 film was not a musical, the subsequent versions have been, and this upcoming Gaga version is going to be as well.

Co-written by none other than Dorothy Parker, the original film starred Janet Gaynor as an ingenue whose career goes from strength to strength, while her older and more established movie star love interest - played by Fredric March - desiccates.

Both Fredric and Janet received Oscar nominations for the film.

George Cukor's 1954 remake starred Judy Garland and James Mason, both of whom also received Academy Award nods for it.

That film introduced the world to Harold Arlen and Ira Gershwin's song The Man That Got Away, which became one of the most enduring staples of Judy's repertoire.

A 1976 version starring Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson was directed by Frank Pierson, who wrote in New West magazine that he feuded with Barbra and her hairdresser-turned-producer boyfriend Jon Peters during the making of the picture.

Though neither Barbra nor Kris got an Oscar nod for acting in the film, Barbra and Paul Williams did win Best Original Song by writing Evergreen for it.

It emerged via Deadline in April that in Bradley's version - his directorial debut - Gaga will use her Christian name Stefani Germanotta for her credit.
