Steven Tyler, 69, rocks his usual kooky attire as he leaves LA airport while travelling with rumoured fiancée Aimee Preston, 29

He might've been unable to perform at the South American leg of Aerosmith's tour due to medical conditions but lead man Steven Tyler seemed to be in good shape arriving at LAX.

The 69-year-old singer dressed in his usual eccentric style, paired with goggle-style shades, as he departed on a flight at the Los Angeles airport with his 29-year-old rumoured fiancée Aimee Preston.

The rock god was engrossed in his phone call conversation he made his way through the airport.

The Walk This Way hitmaker donned a floral kimono-style cardigan with embroidery work, over a sky blue t-shirt where he rested his glasses.

Keeping to his characteristic style, he covered his eyes in a bulky pair of black steampunk gothic sunglasses with retro welding.

The spectacles had vintage vibes, and looked similar to doting rumoured fiancée Aimee's, who was all smiles as she walked behind her older beau.

He accessorised the ensemble with his usual beads around his wrist and neck, wearing a large necklace with a dark pendant encrusted in silver.

With one hand holding up his mobile phone, he also flashed a vintage-style silver bangle with large ringlets.

The style icon draped a black satchel, which looked like a large fanny-pack, over the front of his torso.

The I Don't Want To Miss A Thing singer had to cancel his tour earlier this year after rumours surfaced of a heart attack or seizure which he called 'creative speculation'.

The rocker known as The Demon Of Screamin' dismissed the rumours, saying he had a procedure done that could only be carried out by doctors in the US, which wouldn't allow him to perform.

But that doesn't mean the American rock legend has been taking it easy at home.

He shone a light on women's abuse in 1989 with the single 'Janie's Got a Gun' and now Steven has opened Janie's House, a shelter in Atlanta for teenagers and young women in need.
