Speaking to MailOnline at the BBC Music Awards last December, the singer had already admitted the pair were in no rush to plan their nuptials, and wanted to enjoy being engaged first.
She confessed: 'Next year's going to be super busy with new music and other stuff and I don't want to rush because it I want it to be absolutely perfect.'
Although she did add that she did not want to wait too long to marry her handsome beau, stating: 'If I don't get time to do it then it'll definitely by 2018 for sure.'
