She’s traded the fierce British winter for comparatively tropical climes in Barbados.

And Jess Woodley took full advantage of her picturesque surroundings on Tuesday afternoon by hitting the beach with pals, where she indulged in a fruity cocktail.

Sporting a bold black bikini top and frayed denim shorts, the former Made In Chelsea star, 23, showed off her nicely toned abs during her latest say on the Caribbean island.

Giving her look a distinctive flourish, Jess added a sweeping floral print robe, while chunky wedge heels rounded things off.

Evidently in high spirits, the TV personality beamed as she made her way to a rudimentary beach bar comprised of a painted metal drum upon which a local trader mixed her drink.

Accompanied by a female friend, Jess ordered a handful of beverages before looking on as lime was sliced and drinks mixed.

Drawing attention to her naturally pretty features, the blonde opted to go make-up free, while a pair of jaunty circular sunglasses proved to be her only visible accessory.

When it comes to her enviable physique, Jess has revealed the key to her success after following a structured 18-week progressive health and fitness plan LDN Muscle Bikini Guide - embarking on the plan back in 2015.

The guide combines both cardio and resistance/weight training. Jess started the day with a basic walk in the morning, followed by some press-ups, bench dips, squats and lunges.

Earlier this year, Jess chose to leave E4 reality series Made In Chelsea to focus on other projects and turn her attentions to the fashion industry.

'The door's always open,' she told Star magazine. 'But I'm working really closely with [beauty brand] Rimmel and taking this time to focus on myself. 

'Being on a reality TV show was difficult. It takes a lot of time and is mentally challenging. It's good to reconnect with the real world.'

Jess joined forces with Rimmel in May to create her own range of lipsticks and nail varnishes for the beauty giant, following in the footsteps of Kate Moss.

The reality star, who said she is 'overwhelmed' and 'really grateful' for the experience, was a student when she first joined Made In Chelsea. 

She quickly became one of the reality TV show's most popular characters thanks to her quirky style and laidback attitude.

The beauty enjoyed several romances on the show including a fling with Alex Mytton and an on/off relationship with Jamie Laing.

Despite leaving the cast, she is often seen on the party circuit with her former co-stars, along with close pals Emily Blackwell and model Lottie Moss, 19, who is the younger sister of British fashion icon Kate.
