'Cooking with Franks 'N Beans!' Frances Bean Cobain sets up Instagram account dedicated to her cooking tips - and fans flock to follow

  • The 25-year-old announced the new account @spacewitchin_in_thekitchen on Monday, and soon began sharing personal recipes
  • The first two meals, cooked over an Instagram story, include baked eggs in an avocado and a bratwurst butternut squash apple hash

Frances Bean Cobain revealed on Monday that she would be starting an Instagram account dedicated to cooking tips - and less than 24 hours after her first post, it already has more than 40,000 followers.

The 25-year-old artist took to her personal account to make the announcement early this week, writing: 'So I made a new account @spacewitchin_in_thekitchen where i will try to upload daily cooking routines / recipes / ideas . Thank you for all the feedback it warms mah heart.'

The new account declares in the bio: '"Let food be thy medicine" Witchin' in the Kitchen cooking with Franks 'N Beans.'

The only child of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and Hole’s Courtney Love made her cooking debut on Tuesday, starting with a simple breakfast recipe.

'Good morning!' Frances Bean says in the Instagram story. 'So today I'm going to be making a baked egg in an avocado. Super easy, 15 minutes, within the realm of a keto diet.'

Over a series of videos, Frances Bean separates two egg yolks and scoops space for them into a halved avocado, topping them with salt and lemon pepper before throwing them in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Keeping with the breakfast theme, she then walks her followers through a more complicated recipe for bratwurst butternut squash apple hash, starting by mashing sausages in a bowl with rosemary, garlic, sea salt, nutmeg and cayenne pepper.

The mixture is then thrown into a pan with sauteed red onion, apple and butternut squash and mashed together before she tastes the finished product at the end, exclaiming: 'SO good!' 

The reaction to Frances Bean's new endeavor has been a huge success among her fans, who followed the account by the tens of thousands within hours. 

The 25-year-old celebrated the success by posting some fan art featuring her in a chef's hat drawn among various ingredients under a banner reading: 'Cooking with Franks 'N Beans.'

Earlier this month, TMZ revealed that Frances Bean was finally granted a divorce from musician Isaiah Silva, after first filing for the separation back in 2016.

However, the two are still battling out over spousal support, attorney fees and property division - with a particular sticking point being the Martin D-18E guitar that belonged to Frances Bean's father Kurt, which Isaiah claims she gave him as a gift. 

But while Frances Bean is now legally single, she is currently in a relationship with The Ceremonies frontman Matthew R. Cook.
