They're getting ready to add an another baby to their family of four.

And Kim Kardashian's pregnant surrogate enjoyed some down time with friends as she stepped out for lunch on Monday afternoon in Los Angeles.

The unidentified woman showed off her growing baby bump amid reports Kim, 37, and husband Kanye West, 40, 'will both be present at the birth' of their third child, according to PEOPLE magazine.

'They are spending the holidays in LA to be close to the surrogate. They will both be at the birth,' a source said.

'Kim can’t wait to hold her baby girl … [she] is definitely nervous and anxious about the birth.'

Kim's surrogate wore a navy top stretched over her baby bump paired with light blue jeans.

She wrapped a flowing blue jacket over her shoulders, featuring delicate pink and white flowers.

Kim and Kanye are reportedly 'busy getting the house ready for the baby girl', who is due to arrive any day now.

The source said that Kim 'received lots of gifts for her baby shower' in addition to buying 'a few things herself, like clothes, but she isn't going crazy.

'You can tell that she is an experienced mom and knows the essentials that the baby will need,' they said.

Guests at Kardashian's ornate cherry blossom-themed baby shower were also reportedly given an important duty.

'All guests wrote down their favorite names for the baby,' the source said.

In addition to relying on their friends, Kim and Kanye are also seeking out assistance from their daughter North West, four, and letting her 'help with naming the baby'.

'Kim isn’t sharing the name,' the source shared. 'She was very secretive about the names before North and [son Saint, two] were born, too.'

Kim admitted some of her frustrations with the surrogacy process in a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

'Getting a surrogate and finding someone that you really trust really is so much more for difficult of a situation than you could really imagine,' she said during the episode.

The agency-found surrogate is reportedly being paid $33,000 to carry the reality star's child.

Kim and Kanye married in a star-studded Italian wedding in Florence, Tuscany, back in May 2014.

The Kardashian-Jenner brood is set to add even more babies into the family as Khloe, 33, is rumored to be pregnant with her first child with basketball player Tristan Thompson, 26.

Youngest sister Kylie Jenner, 20, is also believed to be pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott, 25.
