Expectant mum Hannah glowed in her chic emerald cape jacket, with her hand delicately placed over her fully concealed baby bump.

While the concert appeared to be a formal affair, Hannah opted for a more toned-down look, pairing her stylish jacket with black jeans and coordinated black heeled boots.

The PR Executive sported a fresh face with minimal make-up, and allowed her long brunette tresses to hang naturally over her shoulders.
