And Jess Woodley flaunted her sensational physique as she headed to the beach in Barbados on Sunday.

Clad in a sheer black bandeaux bikini, the Made In Chelsea star showed off her washboard abs as she embarked on another bronzing session.

Emblazoned with white stars, the 23-year-old showed off a hint of underboob, while her high rise bikini briefs showcased her tremendous pins as she sat on the sandy dunes.

She complemented the skimpy ensemble with John Lennon style sunglasses.

Sharing the snap on her Instagram page, the reality starlet wrote: 'Ah the old beach pose'.

The blonde beauty appeared to forego make-up for the beach outing as she took a swim in the clear blue waters with a girl pal before hiding her cropped locks under a pale gold Baker Boy hat.

She made a statement in the sexy two-piece which featured a pale cream bikini top and high-rise black pants which featured the word 'SQUAD' emblazoned on them.

When it comes to her enviable physique, Jess has revealed the key to her success after following a structured 18-week progressive health and fitness plan LDN Muscle Bikini Guide - embarking on the plan back in 2015.

The guide combines both cardio and resistance/weight training. Jess started the day with a basic walk in the morning, followed by some press-ups, bench dips, squats and lunges.

Earlier this year, Jess had chosen to leave E4 reality series Made In Chelsea to focus on other projects and turn her attentions to the fashion industry.

'The door's always open,' she told Star magazine. 'But I'm working really closely with [beauty brand] Rimmel and taking this time to focus on myself.

'Being on a reality TV show was difficult. It takes a lot of time and is mentally challenging. It's good to reconnect with the real world.'

Jess joined forces with Rimmel in May to create her own range of lipsticks and nail varnishes for the beauty giant, following in the footsteps of Kate Moss.

Jess, who said she is 'overwhelmed' and 'really grateful' for the experience, was a student when she first joined Made In Chelsea.

She quickly became one of the reality TV show's most popular characters thanks to her quirky style and laidback attitude.

The beauty enjoyed several romances on the show including a fling with Alex Mytton and an on/off relationship with Jamie Laing.

Despite leaving the cast, she is often seen on the party circuit with her former co-stars, along with close pals Emily Blackwell and model Lottie Moss, 19, who is the younger sister of British fashion icon Kate.
