And Lara Worthington (née Bingle) revealed the secret behind her plump pout on Thursday, in a candid Instagram Story post.

The makeup-free 30-year-old was seen applying a collagen-filled mask to her lips in a short video clip.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Lara gave the camera a close-up look at her blemish-free complexion.

The wife of actor Sam Worthington then drew attention to a collagen-filled mask by KNC Beauty, which hydrates and simultaneously 'plumps up' lips.

This is not the first time Lara has shared her beauty secrets.

The mother-of-two told Elle Australia in September that salt water is essential for keeping her pores clean and skin feeling refreshed.

'I can honestly say I have never taken much skin care advice from anyone, except from the women in my family, who swear by such old fashioned tips, such as swimming in the salty sea,' she said.

'A strong lip colour always elevates your face and your look. It easily takes you from a day in meetings to a fancy dinner out with friends,' Lara said.

The Dior ambassador's youthful complexion is the result of regular exfoliation, and she even uses her own mix of crushed aspirin and lemon juice.

'It is really a great exfoliator and leaves skin so bright,' she explained.
