Not a good sign! Love Island's Kem Cetinay nearly topples onto skating partner Alex Murphy as he struggles to stay on his feet during Dancing On Ice photocall

He's admitted that he just 'can't get the hang' of ice skating.

And Kem Cetinay proved that he was struggling as he came close to toppling over during the Dancing On Ice photocall at the Natural History Museum Ice Rink on Tuesday.

Nearly knocking over his professional skating partner, Alex Murphy, the Love Island star, 21, still managed to keep a beaming smile for the cameras.

Kem was his typically trendy self in a white denim jacket and matching trousers as she sped over to Alex for the cameras, but almost lost control as he met her on the ice.

Unsurprisingly, Alex was able to keep her cool, and looked sensational in a scanty bodysuit that featured glittering and fringe embellishment.

The blonde bombshell previously appeared in the Dutch version of DOI, and has come back stronger than ever after suffering a stroke in 2012.

Kem has been openly honest about his lacking ability in skates so far, but recently revealed he is keen to learn, so he can enjoy ice skating trips with his children later on in life.

He said on Lorraine last month: 'I've never skated before. I've seen everyone else doing all these moves, and my trainer goes to me, 'Some people are naturals... you're not!

'I can't get the hang of it, and I've got a few bruises already! But I at least know that one day, when I have kids, I can take them ice skating.'

The show was hit by chaos last month when former England cricketer Monty Panesar was forced to pull out, after crashing onto the ice during training and breaking his ankle.

However, it was announced a week later that singer Lemar Obika was to replace him - who looked completely at ease on the ice as he made his debut.

Dancing On Ice is making its big comeback to television on January 7, after its contract was not renewed back in 2014 following eight successful seasons.

Original hosting duo Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby of This Morning will return to front the revival, while coaches Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will sit on the panel as judges, along with Diversity's Ashley Banjo and famous 'Mr Nasty' Jason Gardiner.
