Fully bearded Kurt sported an Apache motif jacket as he glided in faded denim and black sneakers.

'It's not a secret. I try to drink my juices. I try to work out every day a little bit. I find moments in the day.

'I have short meditation spurts during the day, if I don't have a long one in the morning, which sometimes the phone rings and you're off and running, but I do find time to get quiet. I hike. I bike. I try to have as much fun as possible.'

Goldie has been in a long-term relationship with Kurt for 34 years, and the duo share son Wyatt Russell, 31.

The couple first met while shooting their romantic WWII period drama Swing Shift in 1983 and have been together ever since, but they never married.

Speaking about keeping their relationship alive on NBC's Megyn Kelly TODAY at the beginning of the month, Goldie revealed she's never been tempted to stray.

'He is a fascinating, brilliant, complex, mad man. Sexy, sexual, which I think is very important, by the way. Often times, the grass can look really greener on the other side, but it never did to me.

'It is not hard being famous, but it is hard mothering correctly,' Hawn confessed. 'That's hard, because you don't want to make a mistake, and we will and we do.'

'We laugh a lot and we are a fun family. And we love to be together. We love it. I mean, it is like our favorite thing ever,' she added.

The actress is also mother to daughter Kate, 38, and Oliver Hudson, 41, whom she had with musician ex-husband Bill Hudson.
