The casino mogul and the slender beauty, thought to be a 'Canadian model named Kylie', were spotted leaving world-renowned Japanese restaurant Matsuhisa.

The sighting comes amid reports that Mariah Carey's ex and the blonde have been seeing each other for 'several months'.
