'Impeach!' Olivia Wilde flashes a festive anti-Trump sweatshirt while out shopping in NYC

She's no stranger to making political statements and is happy to voice her beliefs in the public arena.

But Olivia Wilde let her sweatshirt do the talking as she stepped out in New York City's SoHo, wearing a garment with a festive anti-Trump message on Wednesday.

The actress, 33, expressed her sentiments through the red holiday number, which boasted small Trump heads in its design and the word 'Impeach' was spelled out in big bold letters.

Back in August, Olivia led an anti-Trump rally in NYC and has been vocal about her disdain for the President and his policies via her social media channels.

The House star wore a heavy army green parka and a black scarf around her neck to battle the Big Apple’s chilly weather.

The mother-of-two's hair was piled on top of her head in a half bun and she sported a pair of black leggings.

On her feet were chunky black boots that she wore with tall wool socks.

Wednesday was a sentimental day for Olivia when her first ever Emmy award arrived in the mail.

The actress received the award for her role as executive producer on Body Team 12, a short documentary film.

She posted a photo on Instagram of her son Otis, three, admiring the golden trophy.

When Olivia was a child her mother, Leslie Cockburn, won an Emmy for excellence in news journalism and as a little girl she would often play with the award.

One day she accidentally broke off the circular globe, and since then it's been her lifelong goal to win a replacement.

Her photo caption said: 'Only took me 30 years. This is for her.'

Olivia is now a mom herself to Otis, three, and daughter Daisy, 14 months, who she shares with actor Jason Sudeikis, 42.

The Tron star has been engaged to Jason since January 2013.

Both film sensations have been married before; Jason to screenwriter Kay Cannon, 43, for six years until 2010, while Olivia divorced Italian filmmaker Tao Ruspoli, 42, in 2011 after eight years together.
