Edited with a monochromatic filter, the 38-year-old model sent her 805,000 followers into complete surprise as the Kent native has proven to preserve her youthful appearance.

Beaming with pride in the snap, the image was captioned: 'Winning a Local Beauty Pageant in my Home Town at 12 Years Old'.

Kelly appeared fresh faced as her curly locks were adorned with pretty floral embellishments while gripping onto a bouquet of flowers.

Her fans were quick to point out her uncanny resemblance to her current appearance, with one fan commenting: 'You don't look 12 here!'.

Another follower took to her social media site to mention: 'Face hasn't changed!'.

Meanwhile, Kelly recently sparked rumours she is engaged to boyfriend Jeremy Parisi as she sported a diamond ring on her wedding finger - but she has denied the claims.

Speaking about the item of jewellery, Kelly explained to The Asian Network in 2016: 'Jeremy bought me a lovely ring but we're not engaged. I only wear it on that finger because it doesn't fit on the others.'

The Italian Job star confessed she would love to get married to her long-term lover when she returned to Celebrity Juice in October.
