And Khloe Kardashian's legion of loyal fans could not stop lavishing congratulations and praise of the stunning star and her boyfriend Tristan Thompson, although she confessed she still 'cannot believe' her happy news.

Taking to Twitter soon after her announcement, the reality beauty, 33, revealed while being 'nervous' about making her big reveal she was overjoyed, after flashing a huge diamond ring on her engagement finger - much to fans' confusion.

Khloe finally confirmed her pregnancy with an Instagram post on Wednesday that quickly racked up millions of likes. The reality star, 33, shared a photo of her bare baby bump as she posed with her basketball player beau, 26, on Instagram.

Alongside the touching photograph, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star heaped praise on her boyfriend and said having her first child would be her 'greatest dream realised' before later returning to the site to gush about the reaction.

In the image, with the couple's hands intertwined Khloe proudly shows off her the ring she has been wearing of late - an eye-popping diamond band.

Khloe - who has siblings Kourtney, 38, Kim, 37, and Rob, 30, as well as half sisters Kendall, 22, and Kylie Jenner, 20 - is the youngest of Kris Jenner's three daughters by late husband Robert Kardashian.

Her youngest half sister Kylie is also reportedly pregnant with a baby girl, but has yet to comment. The father is believed to be Travis Scott.

And her older sister Kim has a baby girl due via surrogate in January 2018, which will be her third child after North, four, and two-year-old Saint.

Kim's eldest sister Kourtney has three children - Mason, eight, Penelope, five, and three-year-old Reign - with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. Her brother Rob has a one-year-old daughter Dream with ex-partner Blac Chyna.

A source told E! News: 'Kourtney and Kim have been giving her a lot of pregnancy tips and Khloe calls them for every little question she has. She is really relying on her sisters through this pregnancy. Kourtney always shares her health tips...

'The whole family is especially happy for Khloe's pregnancy, and thinks that this is going to be her best year yet. They all think she deserves it, and is in a really good place in her life.'

One thing she has had to change during her pregnancy is her workout regime, though she is trying to stay as "active" as possible. The source said: 'Khloe says she misses her morning workouts with Kourtney and her trainers.

'She really misses doing hardcore workouts. She is still very active but is used to a trainer pushing her hard, which can no longer happen.'

And Khloe is already looking ahead to start planning how to get back to her pre-pregnancy figure once she's given birth.

The insider added: "She has said after she gives birth she is going into high-gear. She wants to inspire other moms to get fit after they give birth and is excited to get back into the swing of things."
