Eugenie, 27, was accompanied by her long-term boyfriend, nightclub manager Jack Brooksbank , while Beatrice, 29, was flanked by her editor companion.
The foursome could be seen leaving the venue, where Meghan Markle is believed to have been wined and dined by Prince Harry in the early stages of their relationship, in the early hours of the morning.
Eugenie opted for a smart black coat with military-style gold buttons, while her older sister stayed warm in an olive green number which she paired with bejewelled plimsolls.
The sisters appeared to be in good spirits as they left Soho House arm-in-arm at the end of the night and got into a waiting car.

They are believed to have been heading back to St James's Palace, where Beatrice lives in a four-bedroom apartment.
It came after an afternoon of festivities at Buckingham Palace in which Prince Harry's fiancée is said to have won over her future in-laws by pulling a cracker with Prince Charles, donning a paper hat and reading out a corny joke.

Arm your wardrobe with an army green coat like Beatrice
We all know how thrifty the Duchess of Cambridge can be, but she's got competition for her queen of recycling title!
Princess Beatrice hit the town after the Royal holiday luncheon, and she looked chic but casual for the occasion in a coat that we also spotted her wearing way back in 2014.
It's by Sandro, the très chic French label whose fans include Kendall Jenner, Kristen Stewart and Bella Hadid. We love the military-inspired shade of green, plus with those luxe leather quilted panels and turn-lock fastenings, it's definitely fit for a princess!
Unfortunately it has now sold out, but click (right) to shop Sandro's current collection, or recreate the look in one of the khaki coats we've got lined up for you in the edit below. Go for military vibes in Topshop and London Fog or the fur trim style by Cole Haan and Zac Posen looks oh so cosy!
