Prince Harry today told BBC listeners that his fiancee Meghan Markle had a 'fantastic' Christmas with the Royals and said they are the 'family she never had'. The 33-year-old was guest editing the popular Today program (left and center) was interviewed at the end of the three-hour show. He was asked about the festive period and revealed that his family 'loved having' the 36-year-old Suits actress with them in Sandringham, Norfolk (pictured together right). He said: 'It was fantastic. She really enjoyed it. The family loved having her there. She (Meghan) has done an absolutely amazing job, just getting in there and it's the family, I suppose, that she's never had.'

Just 90 minutes later police said the shooting rampage began. Nigel, 11, was killed alongside his mother Iris, 38, (bottom) and his sister Anora, 10 months old (not pictured).

It is unclear if she was drinking but she was sitting in front of an open bottle of wine. That breach was a passenger who at first was thought to be a stowaway but was later revealed to have boarded the wrong flight. 'The cabin crew notified the pilot that one of the passengers boarded the incorrect flight, and the pilot in  command made the decision to return to the originating airport,' ANA told DailyMail.com in a statement. 'We take great pride providing exemplary customer service, and on this flight we failed to do so.' A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department said that the incident was 'not a security issue,' while the FBI is investigating how this individual was able to get on the wrong flight.

Robert Resendiz, 30, allegedly bent his son in half and bit him to stop him from crying. The six-month-old from Phoenix has died from his injuries. Resendiz has been charged with child abuse.

Kansas dog finally adopted after 445 days at shelter

NEW Polina, a Mastiff mix, has finally been adopted from the Kansas City Pet Project after 445 days. She was adopted on Christmas Eve after an article was written about her. She had been left behind when one prospective pet owner after another adopted other rescue animals, largely because Polina is scared of other dogs and children. Polina was among nearly 300 pets adopted from the shelter during the holiday season.
