The 37-year-old reality star - who boasts 192M social media followers - captioned her latest Snapchat: 'OMG my psoriasis is almost gone!'

When Kim was first diagnosed during a 2011 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, her dermatologist Dr. Harold Lancer said the chronic, genetic disease was 'not curable.'
