Swapping her usual business attire for a more relaxed ensemble, Karren donned a pair of black tracksuit bottoms teamed with trainers.
The West Ham Vice-Chairman layered a padded navy coat over a woolen jumper and silk scarf, whilst she went make-up free to allow her natural beauty to shine through.
Canadian footballer Paul was sartorially in sync with his wife, also opting for a navy jacket and trainers as he walked along with one hand holding dog Scruffy and the other wrapped around his wife.

Baroness Brady, often referred to as 'The First Lady of Football', married Paul - who played for Birmingham City from 1992 to 1994, when she was managing director of the club in 1996 and the couple have two children together, Sophia, 21, and Paolo, 18.
Karren famously only took six weeks maternity leave after giving birth to her youngest child yet later said she wouldn't recommend any new mothers doing the same.
Speaking on the Jonathan Ross show in 2014 she admitted: 'Well, I didn't take much maternity leave, which is a deep regret of mine.'

Karren spoke of her relationship with Paul in 2015, when she quipped that her lack of exercise had led to her husband dubbing her Pillsbury Doughboy - after the advertising mascot of the Pillsbury Company, which makes baking goods and frosting.
She said: 'I should exercise, but it makes me miserable. Paul was a professional footballer and calls me the Pillsbury Doughboy!'
She said she didn't care if she was a bit heavier, adding: 'I do occasionally meet up with friends after work or go to a party.
'I was at one recently and all the women were half my size. I was busy tucking into canapés and champagne, while they spent the whole night sipping water.'
Sipping pretty: The pair stopped off for a drink as they refueled during the brisk walk
Puppy love: Paul generously decided to share some of his snacks with their little dog
Treats: Paul ensured that Scruffy wouldn't be feeling left out as they enjoyed their breakfast
Quality time: Karren and Paul were seen chatting away as they enjoyed some alone time together while dining al fresco at the cafe
Tasty: Karren was also seen offering some food to their pet pooch on the outing
She reasoned: 'I'd rather be 20lb heavier and a lot happier.
'Most evenings you'll find me sitting on my own in a Chinese restaurant just round the corner from my flat, eating lobster noodles.
'Or I'll stop off at the corner shop and get a loaf of bread and a tin of baked beans.'
Sipping pretty: Karren kept warm while dining outside by treating herself to a hot drink

Karren first appeared on The Apprentice as a guest interviewer in June 2008 for the infamous grilling episode in the fourth series of the show.
The newspaper columnist reprised the same position the following year in the fifth series of the BBC programme.
And in August 2009, she was hired as one of Alan's aides, the role formerly held by Margaret Mountford.
