The pair were first spotted sneaking out of the fire escape of a nightclub hand-in-hand last month.

And Paris Jackson, 19, and Cara Delevingne, 25, proved they were closer than ever on Tuesday, as they enjoyed a festive day out together to celebrate Boxing Day.

The daughter of superstar Michael Jackson took to Instagram to share a snap of herself and the model at what appeared to be a Christmas market - amid claims the pair have been 'hanging out' after 'hitting it off at the MTV Movie Awards'.

The sweet snap sees Paris and Cara proudly holding white doves on their forearms, as they cuddle up for the camera.

Clearly enjoying a festive day out together, both beauties wrapped up warm in thick winter coats as they relaxed at a Christmas market - with a number of trees decorated with bright lights and baubles visible behind them.

Paris, who is known for her arty posts on social media, captioned the shot with lyrics from Christmas Star by John Williams, famed for playing in Home Alone 2.

The duo appeared to be embarking on Christmas celebrations together, amid reports they have become close friends in recent weeks.

According to The Sun, Paris has visited Cara in Italy and the Czech Republic while she films new TV project Carnival Row, and has enjoyed a number of other city breaks with the model in Europe.

The pair are also believed to have bonded over their love of music - with the supermodel fascinated by Paris' father, the King of Pop.

A source said: 'They really hit it off at the MTV Movie and TV Awards in LA in May and have been hanging out since.

'She invited her as guest of honour to her Christmas Burberry X bash in London, before whisking her away to Venice then Prague the weekend after, where they celebrated Christmas early at the markets.

The unlikely pair first caught attention when they were spotted leaving a nightclub in Dalston together via the fire escape.

The outing came three months after Cara's breakup from St Vincent, while Paris split from boyfriend Michael Snoddy in February.
