'Christmas in the canyon': Pregnant Chrissy Teigen and John Legend cuddle up with adorable daughter Luna as they enjoy holiday in desert

It wasn't what you would call a winter wonderland, but Chrissy Teigen and John Legend seemed to have a great Christmas all the same.

The super-couple shared a few social media shots from what looked to be a desert backdrop on Monday.

The 38-year-old R&B crooner, who celebrates his birthday on Thursday, wrote, 'Christmas in the canyon,' alongside a shot of himself holding his one-year-old daughter Luna.

The Grammy-winning singer was wearing a white long-sleeved sweater with designs of black palm trees on it, with black pants.

Luna was clad in a festive red sweater that read, 'Merry Christmas,' with a bow in her hair, and black pants and adorable booties.

Chrissy, 32, wore a black jacket and pants with hoop earrings and her hair tied back at the deserted location, where the couple traveled to from a private jet out of Los Angeles on Saturday along with Chrissy's parents, Ron and Vilailuck Teigen.

The 5ft9 beauty, a one-time Sports Illustrated covergirl, shared a series of shots, wishing her fans, 'Merry Christmas!'

Last month, Chrissy announced via social media that she was expecting their second child, in an innovative fashion.

She had Luna on her lap, asking the tot, 'Luna! What's in here?'

Luna replied, 'Baby,' and Chrissy added in a caption that read, 'It's john's!'

The All of Me singer played on his wife's punchline, making a reference to Maury Povich's famed paternity revelations, writing, 'Maury will have the final word on this.'

She later showed off her baby bump in a Snapchat clip, as she wore a gown.

She wrote she was 'very excited to not have to hide this anymore,' adding, 'Everyone I told first was like "uh yeah we knew thanks."'

The couple has been married for four years, as they tied the knot in September of 2013 in Lake Como, Italy.
