Last month, he sold his sprawling Beverly Hills estate to rapper Big Sean for a relatively bargain price of $8.7million - more than two years after initially listing the property for an eye-watering $11million.

And Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash has a new comparably luxurious home of his own, after shelling out $6.25million on a new abode in Encino, California - and he'll be spoilt for choice, as it includes ten bathrooms.

The 52-year-old British-American musician's new six-bedroom home is set over 9,400 square feet and boasts the fixtures and fittings worthy of a rock star, including a home cinema, gym, basketball court and pool and spa.

Should he plan on entertaining his guests with any culinary delights, they're likely to be impressed with his expansive kitchen, which has two marble counters, a breakfast nook, butler's pantry, and dual farmhouse sinks.

There is also a formal dining room, family room with fireplace, office and games room. And, once he's ready to enjoy some alone time, his master bedroom includes a private balcony, from which he can enjoy expansive views.

London-born Slash - real name Saul Hudson - will also be able to enjoy the property's sprawling outdoor space, with includes covered patios, a fire pit, grill, guesthouse, and pool cabana with bath.

Last month, TMZ reported that 29-year-old Bounce Back rapper Big Sean got a great deal on Slash's old Beverly Hills home, paying $8.7 million, considerably less than the original asking price of $11 million.

The rocker lowered the price to $9.5 million last year after failing to find a buyer. The property was first listed in mid-2015 by the star and his estranged wife, Perla Hudson, for $10.995 million. 

The palatial house is set over 11,000 square feet and boasts seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Nestled between Beverly Hills and Sherman Oaks, the property sits on 20,000 square feet with canyon and valley views.

A two-storey foyer and centre hallway connect the various public rooms on the main level, each spacious and luxurious with high ceilings and fine custom details. 

The main level is complete with formal living room with fireplace, formal dining room, family room with bar, powder room, maids suite, and gourmet kitchen featuring dual islands and butler’s pantry.

Upper levels of the house offer three family bedroom suites, each with their own bath and walk-in closet. There is also a library, office with fireplace and the master suite, which has a custom walk-in wardrobe.

The lower level is an incredible space for entertaining featuring a night club with DJ and photo booths, a bar, screening room with stadium seating and the recording studio.

Outside in the backyard there is an outdoor living room with a television and fireplace, BBQ, a 36-foot skate ramp and an organic vegetable garden.   

Slash and Perla officially filed for divorce in December 2014, citing irreconcilable differences. The documents listed their separation date as June 2014.

With no prenuptial agreement between the two when they married in 2001, the sale of the home they shared is likely a major part of the settlement.

The exes plan to share custody of their two sons London, 13, and Cash, 11. Perla spoke to TMZ in February 2015 about the split, describing it as amicable, but said the lack of a prenup makes dividing the assets difficult.

'I don't know how any of that's gonna work, but I know he's gonna do the right thing for me and his children, as I would do the right thing to him,' she told the website. Like I said, it's amicable, so there's no bad blood — at least not yet.'

She continued: '(Slash and I) had a really long, lasting, loving relationship for a long time. We're best friends, we're business partners, and we just wanna do what's best for our kids.'

The pair had previously filed for divorce in 2010, but then withdrew their petitions as they reunited.
