She reportedly started dating father-of-two Randall Emmett when he was still married as far back as 2016.

But now Lala Kent, 27, is free and clear to pursue the relationship with the 46-year-old, as Emmett's divorce was finally completed as of Tuesday.

According to TMZ, the movie producer, who has worked on crime drama Power among other projects, has wrapped up the separation from Ray Donovan actress Ambyr Childers quite cleanly.

All terms were settled privately and confidentiality, including spousal and child support.

Randall and Ambyr were married in 2009 and share two children.

The producer originally filed for separation back in 2015, but then dismissed the petition, only to have Ambyr refile for divorce in January of 2017.

Page Six caught Emmett and Kent kissing at a party earlier in December, before his divorce proceedings were complete.

A source claimed 'they were side by side the whole time, but they weren’t doing the PDA snuggly thing, they didn’t leave each other’s side.'

It seemed Emmett was still trying to keep things somewhat low profile before the divorce was complete.

'He was definitely being more cautious than her,' said the source. “They weren’t being shy about [their relationship]. Even when they left, they were together but he was still two feet in front of her. She was hugging people and taking photos when she was leaving.'

During season number five of Vanderpump rules that aired in 2016, Lala dealt with accusations she was dating a much older, married man.

She eventually left the show over claims that her lifestyle was being paid for by said man, though she did return to for the latest season.
