And Camille Grammer sensibly covered up in a red rash guard as she hit the beach in Hawaii with her fiance David C. Meyer on Wednesday.

The reality star, 49, layered the garment over a black and white striped string bikini as she relaxed with her lawyer beau.

The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star wore her blonde locks tied back in a ponytail and sheltered her eyes from the tropical sunshine with a pair of dark shades.

Camille's fiance - who popped the question in October - went shirtless as he cooled off with a refreshing dip in the ocean.

The California native has been enjoying the holiday season on Hawaii's mainland alongside her daughter Mason, 16.

'Merry Christmas Eve from the beaches of Hawaii,' Camille told her 378,000 followers on Instagram on Sunday.

The TV personality revealed she was battling cancer for a second time earlier this month via her Instagram page.

The reality star, who was previously married to Kelsey Grammer, revealed she's currently recovering after Dr. Beth Karlan removed the skin cancer cells.

After beating endometrial cancer in 2013, Camille told her followers her recovery is promising.

'Thank you Dr. Beth Karlan for removing those pesky cancer cells,' she posted to Instagram on December 14. 'You are Amazing!'

'This is my second cancer diagnoses. Thank God We found it early. Early detection is key. My cancer was removed and I'm resting at home. Ladies listen to your bodies. If something doesn't seem right go for a checkup.

'Don't put it off. Annual check ups are important.'

She later told US Weekly: 'I'm still healing and I'm still in some pain. My mom is fighting her third cancer and she's an inspiration to me. She's so strong.

'I think I get my strength from her and my knowledge of knowing how to handle and deal with cancer.

'We're both there for each other. I think keeping your family close and having them support you helps you so much, and also having a good man in your life, and I have a lot of great friends too.'

In more positive news, the reality star has reason to celebrate after announcing her engagement to David in October, which is set to feature on season eight of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.

She told People: 'I was nervous to take this step again, honestly. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get engaged. We discussed it.

'But I know that he’s the right man for me. I just know it.'

Camille has two children with her ex husband Kelsey Grammer, 62; daughter Mason Olivia, 16, and son Jude Gordon, 13.

The duo were married from 1997 until their divorce was finalized in 2011.
