And Gigi Hadid, 22, continued her loved-up display with beau Zayn Malik, 24, on Christmas Eve as she spent time with his family and hers in Los Angeles.

The supermodel shared a stream of photos on Insta story with her singer other half - who she started dating in 2015 - and his sister Safaa in candid shot from Gigi's family kitchen.

Showcasing her model features, Gigi puckered up the camera while boyfriend Zayn donned a festive Christmas jumper and face-framing glasses.

The Californian beauty scraped her golden locks back while she showcased her casual style in a red sweater with black tie detail.

Not the only one posting about the day, Gigi's mother Yolanda Foster shared a charming snap of the loved-up duo building gingerbread houses, looking completely focused at the task at hand.

Zayn edged up his style for the occasion wearing a black leather jacket with white writing emblazoned across it over his flannel plaid shirt.

The candid snaps comes after Gigi shared a flashback snap she had found on the internet of her and Zayn at the Met Gala in 2016.

In the photo she can be seen adoringly gazing at her boyfriend as he smiled for the cameras.

Gigi wrote over the image: 'Just saw this on twitter land ...... OO HES SO FREAKIN GORGEOUS I COULD JUST MELT EVERY DAY'.

Gigi's latest appearance comes after she showed off her boxing moves for her installment of the popular LOVE advent calendar.

But as she proudly showed off her biceps in the clip - she also showed that she had perhaps eased up on her grooming routine.

Rather than mentioning the powerful imagery, fans flocked to Instagram to discuss her body hair - and it certainly divided opinion.

One wrote: 'Does she have hair in her armpits???', while another fans defended her, writing: 'YES GIGI YES!'

Another viewer insisted they had been 'distracted' by the look, commenting: 'Her armpit hair was too distracting for me to watch the video.

'That should of been shaved. This magazine should of known this before shooting and releasing this video. Just not a clean look!' (sic)

However, one fan rallied against the criticism, insisting they were all 'missing the point'.

They wrote: 'For all of you women commenting rude words and hating on this: You are missing the main point of this campaign.

'While you're thinking "shame on Gigi for not shaving her armpits and letting me see them on Instagram (omg I won't sleep tonite)" you should really feel ashamed of yourself for showing us yet again that unity and unconditional love and support between each other is far from happening until there are these social boundaries that really exist nowhere but in your minds.'
