She's a new mum and recently revealed she'd like a second child.

And Binky Felstead looked the picture of the doting mother as she and baby India visited young patients at the The Royal London Hospital on Thursday.

The Made In Chelsea star, 27, tucked a beaming India expertly into the crook of her arm as she teamed up with children’s charity Rays of Sunshine and children’s personalised gifting brand My 1st Years to spend quality time with the children.

Rays of Sunshine are a charity who make wishes come true for children across the UK with serious or life-limiting illnesses - from meeting a celebrity to going on a family holiday.

And Binky, who welcomed her gorgeous daughter with her partner and MIC co-star Josh Patterson in June, certainly seemed to make the children's day as she chatted with them, played and made arts and crafts.

The reality star looked typically chic in an all-black ensemble of an embroidered sweater and tight-fitting leggings which showed off her toned legs.

The brunette beauty, who has collaborated with My 1st Years to boost their Christmas campaign, posed up a storm for the cameras as she flaunted her enviably trim post-baby body and let her ombre curls cascade around her shoulders.

JP told the paper: 'Binky was like I want another child, so I'm just trying to give myself a bit of time.'

While the brunette added: 'I don't want one straight away, but two and half years is the plan.'

The pair endured a tumultuous on/off relationship during their time on Made In Chelsea, but have appeared more loved-up than ever since welcoming their little girl.

Binky recently confessed the pair have truly settled into parenthood - and admitted that JP is a changed man.

'Me and JP are living together now, and I think it's forced him to grow up a bit,' Binky told MailOnline.

This Christmas will be Binky's first as a mum

'We're in a really good place now. Everything is going so well we don't really want to change anything at the moment. We are very happy.'

Admitting that parenthood has completely changed her life as much as it has changed his, she went on: 'I have really enjoyed every second [of being a mum]. They grow up so fast.

'Everyone I have spoken to has told us to take so many pictures because you don't want to miss any of it.'
