Undergaro referenced an recurring bit from the shock jock's program, quoting a cringe-worthy videotaped spiel from Stern producer Gary Dell'Abate addressed to an ex-girlfriend.
Said Keven: 'Baba Booey on to you Steve ... when we first met my professional life was at a nine and my personal life was at at two ... still I gained a lover and a best friend, and you gained a lover and a best friend.'
After the bit, Keven told Maria, 'You are a blessing not just to my life, but an even bigger blessing to this whole world and you don't even realize that and that's what makes you incredibly special... I will deal with you in brain tumors and health ... I love you boo.'

Maria was equally emotional, telling Keven, 'I love you so much ... I just wanted to marry you so bad before surgery, after surgery, and I couldn't think of a better way to do it than right here. Steve, thank you so much for doing this for us.'
Maria - whose parents Constantinos and Litsa Menounos were in attendance for the New Year's Eve nuptials - said that it was 'a dream come true knowing that they got to see this.'
Harvey, at that point, said, 'Keven and Maria, by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife: Keven, you may now kiss the bride!'

After Maria tossed her bouquet to the crowd, the newlyweds shared their first dance to the tune of Thank You For Loving Me in a prerecorded segment from Jon Bon Jovi, who led things off with a personalized message to the new bride.
Menounos earlier in the evening announced the surprising plans after a tough year in which she battled a brain tumor.
'I learned a lot this year,' she said. 'It wasn't easy, but there were a lot of gifts along the way.'

She said that a good tip to start the new year on would be to slow down and focus on health. She noted how her mother Litsa is also dealing with stage IV brain cancer, adding that doctors recently said her mom’s tumor has shrunk a little.
Menounos said she was seeking to end the year on an up-note, adding that she 'was gonna surprise [Undergaro] at one point,' but couldn't do such in having him fit for a wedding ring and tuxedo.
Harvey added that he'd received proper credentialing in the past few days, and would preside over the celebrity ceremony.

The couple wed in public fashion in New York City - very much in the fashion in which they got engaged - as Undergaro proposed to her during her appearance on the Stern Show.
When Stern ceded the mic to Undergaro, she speculated that he was going to propose, but he denied it.
Undergaro told Maria, 'Although I said that this isn't a proposal, I want to ask you something, Maria: Would you make me the happiest man on earth? And would you marry me?'
Maria said in response, 'Are you ... kidding me right now? Oh, my God! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Of course! Oh, my God! I can't even believe this is happening.'
