'There's only one ball dropping tonight!' Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban hint at their sexy Christmas presents in New Year's Eve interview

They've never been afraid of packing on the PDA.

But Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban may have taken things to a new level when they discussed their Christmas on CNN's New Year's Eve show.

Keith, 50, began to list the Christmas presents he bought for Nicole to the show's hosts Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen, but realised almost too late that some of the gifts weren't appropriate to share on live television.

'I gave Nic a backpack, some amazing jewellery, and umm, things we can't talk about,' he joked.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban were surprisingly candid about the Christmas gifts they gave each other this year in an interview on CNN's New Year's Eve show

Nicole was understandably shocked at her husband's bold admission, but it's not the first time he's given her a large and surprising gift.

The Big Little Lies actress has been spotted in recent times wearing a sparkler noticeably different from her original.

Photos show Nicole sporting a large and lavish emerald cut number - a lot different from the diamond ring that first adorned her finger.

Worth an estimated $50,000, Nicole's original Cartier ring had a number of diamonds which surrounded her finger.

Presumably the cost of her luxurious new piece is a step up from the already hefty price tag.
