'There's been ups and downs': Kate Wright gives an insight into life with Rio Ferdinand in heartfelt Instagram post as she says she has 'gained four of the most precious people'
She quit showbusiness to focus on family life with her boyfriend Rio Ferdinand and his three children.
And former TOWIE star Kate Wright has finally given some insight into life with the football star in a heartfelt Instagram post on Monday on New Year's Day.
The 26-year-old looked incredible in a picture of herself with Rio, in which she wore a grey crop top which showed off her curves, with a matching maxi skirt.

Cosying up to her man, she wore a big smile on her face, while Rio, wearing all yellow, looked equally blissful.

Kate also shared a very sweet picture of her new family on Instagram on Christmas Eve as she showed off their festive tree.
She wrote: 'Cosy Christmas Eve with my favourites ❤️❤️❤️.'
The festive snap saw a heavily decorated tree with a number of presents dotted around.
The presents at the forefront had the names of Rio's sweet children on them - proving that she was going to be spending her festive period with his family.
This comes after Rio gave a candid look into his relationship with Kate as he shared a clip while working out on Saturday - in which he pretended to pass wind in her face, before she was left in peels of laughter.
The 39-year-old football ace proved himself to be quite the prankster as he lifted weights in line with Kate before blowing a raspberry in her face after which she was howling with laughter- before she shared a longing throwback to her 'skinnier days'.

Sending fans into frenzy, the happy couple were seen expertly lifting weights in what seemed to be a home gym shortly before the cheeky moment.
Earlier in the week the couple enjoyed yet another playful session together, before poking fun at each other in a cheeky clip.
Making the most of her toned pins and tiny midriff, Kate slipped into a figure-hugging workout ensemble as she concentrated on squats while Rio worked on his biceps in the background.
And sharing the video, their trainer Mel chuckled: 'That is a great look,' at Kate's face. Teasing her further, Kate raised his eyebrows at the camera before she playfully pushed him in protest.
The workout session came before she shared a snap reminiscing over her previous body, a she posed in a skimpy red bikini, writing: 'Throwing it back to the skinnier days'.

Kate recently quit her reality TV career to focus on her relationship with Rio and his three children, telling The Sun: 'I'm taking a step back from the public eye, I want to keep my life private as I lived my previous relationship on TOWIE, my priority right now is Rio and the family.'
A friend also told the publication that Kate had severed ties with several brands she had endorsed, in a bid to distance herself from the limelight.
This comes after Kate was reportedly overheard telling a pal how happy the couple were together. Despite having no plans yet to wed, she told a friend: 'We are so happy together. It's going really well,' a source told The Sun.
Kate has made a huge effort to get to know Rio's children.
It seems to have paid off after a source revealed: 'She was telling her friends how great everything is for her at the moment. Rio's children love her.

'She sees Rio as her soulmate – they have a real connection. She was saying she is happy to take a backseat with work and let his family be the priority.'
Adding that it was great to see her so happy especially compared to the drama of her TOWIE past.
In September, Kate revealed she was quitting the limelight to focus on Rio and his kids when she spoke for the first time about their relationship.
The pair have gone from strength to strength since since going public with their romance earlier this summer.

Last month, Rio spoke about his relationship with the former TOWIE star for the first time in a candid interview on This Morning.
While discussing his new book Thinking Out Loud he spoke in depth about overcoming grief and the 'positive' effect Kate has had on his life.
Rio lost his wife Rebecca in 2015 following a short battle with cancer aged 34 leaving him the primary caregiver to his kids.
