Well and truly off the diet! Hugh Jackman tucks into a large cheesy pizza as he arrives in Paris after breaking his self-imposed detox

He's been travelling nonstop to promote his new film The Greatest Showman. 

So it's only fair that Hugh Jackman would want to treat himself after flying into Paris for the film's premiere on Tuesday.

The 49-year-old shared a photo of himself tucking into a pizza as he offered a greeting to the city of lovers: 'Bonjour, Paris.'

Taking to Instagram, Hugh shared a photo of himself eating dinner at a Paris restaurant. 

The smiling Wolverine star could be seen holding up pizza for the camera, captioning the photo: 'Bonjour, Paris!'

Hugh also appeared to hint that he was breaking a new year diet resolution, adding the hashtag '#WhatDetox?'

Meanwhile last week Hugh revealed he had another 'detox fail', indulging in fast food the morning after attending the Golden Globes.

Taking to Instagram, The Greatest Showman star shared a photo of himself tucking into some greasy fast food.

'Morning after .... the Globes,' Hugh captioned the photo to his 15.8 million followers, also adding the hashtag '#DetoxFail'.

Last week  Hugh attended the Golden Globes with his wife Deborra-lee Furness.

Appearing disappointed at his loss, Hugh's reaction to The Disaster Artist star winning swiftly went viral online.  

One person tweeted: 'It Seems #HughJackman just couldn't hide his disappointment when #JamesFranco won #BestActor award #GoldenGlobes.'
