And Mario Lopez has certainly come a long way in his multifaceted career as he shared an adorable throwback photo to his one million followers on Instagram Thursday morning.

The 44-year-old television host looked ready to tear up the dance floor wearing a long-sleeved blue jumpsuit in the image which appeared to be more than three decades old.

'Next time I see my mom imma get her in a headlock,' the former Kids Incorporated actor captioned the photo.

A ribbon of blue sequins ran across his chest and down one pant leg of his flashy blue jumpsuit.
